Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use zero2hero.training, enquire about a programme, book training, or take part in services provided by ZERO2HERO LIMITED.

We provide technology training, workshops, coaching, mentorship, bootcamps, and related learner support. Programme descriptions, schedules, prices, and outcomes are provided in good faith and may be updated to improve delivery or reflect availability.

Where a deposit or payment is required, your place is not confirmed until the relevant payment step has been completed and we have acknowledged the booking.

If a cohort requires a minimum number of learners, we will confirm when that threshold is reached or offer reasonable alternatives where a cohort cannot proceed as planned.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, contact us as early as possible at hello@zero2hero.training. Any refund, transfer, or rescheduling option may depend on the programme type, notice period, payment status, and costs already committed.

We may reschedule or adapt a session where reasonably necessary, including instructor availability, venue issues, technical disruption, or insufficient cohort numbers.

• Provide accurate booking and contact information.
• Attend sessions on time and complete agreed preparation where relevant.
• Use course materials for your own learning unless we agree otherwise in writing.
• Treat instructors, mentors, staff, and other learners respectfully.

Training materials, slides, examples, exercises, recordings, brand assets, and website content belong to ZERO2HERO LIMITED or its licensors. You may use them for personal learning, but you must not copy, sell, publish, or redistribute them without written permission.

We aim to provide practical, useful training, but we do not guarantee a job, promotion, certification, income level, or specific career outcome. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
